One of the sweetest memories of my youth was of my grandma. I had three female cousins and at every holiday she would make us each the SAME dress and we had to wear them the same day. 

When I was young I didn't like it but now that I'm older those memories make me so happy!!!

Last evening I was thinking back to a year ago when I was waiting for 'that' phone call. My eyes got a little misty as I remembered the joy &amp; love I felt knowing that my first was having her first. And, our extended family's first grandchild. That our family was continuing. Even now as I write about it I bite my lip and hold back the eventual tears.

How about this  -  Mason Nicholas was born on November 16 to my daughter, Christina &amp; her husband, Jayson.  Mason was 6 weeks early.  What a little angel he is.  He will be in NICU for abit until he is strong enough to go home.  When I left yesterday, his oxygen level was 100% on room air. This morning, October 12, @ 2:24 a.m., Missy delivered Gavin Liam.  He weighed in at 8 lbs, 3 oz and from the tip of his long toes to the top of that beautiful head he is 18-1/2".
